Your state is the right place to start checking requirements. Use these guides to prepare your shopping questions, then confirm current rules through official consumer resources.

We are expanding this library as original state resources are prepared. A state guide does not mean a campaign is available in that state.
Start with your state’s official resources
State insurance regulators publish consumer information and resources for checking insurers and agents. Use these sources when you need current requirements, complaint information, or help understanding a state-specific term. A website advertising a campaign is not a regulator.
Moving to another state?
- Ask your insurer how the move affects the existing policy.
- Confirm the appropriate address and vehicle garaging information.
- Check the new state’s insurance and vehicle-registration requirements through official sources.
- Coordinate effective dates before changing or canceling coverage.
Why the same driver may see different offers
A provider’s available products, geographic eligibility, permitted rating practices, and policy terms can vary. A quote from one location is not automatically transferable to another. Give accurate information directly to the provider.
State guides and advertiser availability
Our library currently covers California, Texas, Florida, New York, and Arizona. These pages provide educational starting points; they do not confirm that a partner campaign operates in every listed state.
Compare a state requirement with a policy choice
The coverage required to satisfy a rule is one part of shopping. Optional protection, deductibles, lender obligations, and your ability to absorb a loss are separate questions to discuss with a licensed provider.
